I've been shipping software for 20+ years, from serverless platforms and data pipelines to a native screen recorder and AI agents that run inside real operations. Most recently I led the team at Kamina GO (Grupo Traxión) that put AI document intelligence and an internal LLM agent into a business moving 5,000+ loads a day. Before that I was CTO at Prixz. These days I build with MCP servers, Claude Code plugins, computer-use and voice agents, Rust and Tauri.

Tech Lead Manager

Freight marketplace and execution platform inside one of Mexico's largest logistics groups, running 5,000+ movements a day.

  • Mobile proof-of-delivery capture with OCR and AI contextual extraction, feeding invoicing, reconciliation and payment follow-up.
  • Per-document model routing for varied POD and evidence layouts.
  • Multimedia evidence system that interprets audio, video and images with AI and feeds downstream systems.
  • Internal AI agent across datasets and APIs, used from Slack.
  • Multi-tenant analytics on Athena and Metabase.
